The Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) has finalized a significant sponsorship agreement with global betting and entertainment company VBET. As part of this agreement, VBET has become the “master sponsor” of the BSOP, the largest poker circuit in Latin America.
Attracting both professional and amateur players from Brazil and around the globe, the BSOP is recognized as one of the most prestigious series in the international poker circuit.
In parallel, VBET is experiencing rapid growth in Brazil, fueled by partnerships in major sporting events. One prominent partnership is the sponsorship of the football club Botafogo, the reigning champion of the Copa Libertadores and Brasileirão.
Devanir Campos, co-CEO of BSOP, noted that VBET’s investment is expected to significantly influence the Brazilian poker and betting market.

“This is the largest sponsorship deal for a poker event in history, and will certainly further accelerate the growth of an already expanding market. The partnership will allow the creation of larger events and new attractions, both in-person and digital,” he said.
According to the betting company, this collaboration aims to connect players and brands more closely. There will be a strong emphasis on brand activation, exclusive promotions, and interactive experiences during BSOP events.
“Our goal is for this partnership to be long-lasting and bring exceptional results for both parties. Through creative activations, exclusive promotions, and an enhanced poker experience, we hope to jointly drive the growth of this market,” commented a representative of VBET.
The partnership will kick off at the next Brazilian Poker Championship event, the BSOP São Paulo. This event is taking place from March 13 to 19 at the WTC Sheraton.
