Austin to Host Inaugural Global Esports Industry Week in June 2025

The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), in collaboration with The Esports Radar and strategic partner BLAST, has launched Global Esports Industry Week 2025 (GEIW). Scheduled for 18–22 June 2025 in Austin, Texas.

GEIW will bring together hundreds of industry leaders, including publishers, executives, tournament organizers, team owners, brands, investors, legal experts, and technology pioneers. Over five days, they will engage in meaningful discussions, business negotiations, and celebrate the esports industry’s progress.

GEIW offers a neutral space where stakeholders can address shared challenges, establish collective priorities, and shape sustainable growth strategies. The event will be hosted at the Downright Austin Hotel.

The event will integrate high-impact content with curated networking opportunities and unique “only-in-Austin” social events, ensuring that every discussion leads to actionable collaboration.

Key Agenda Highlights:

• Esports Leaders & Evening Garden Party (19 June): A private gathering for 120 C-suite executives, fostering direct and meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting.
• International Games & Esports Tribunal (IGET) Arbitrators Workshop (19 June): A groundbreaking masterclass on the innovative IGET dispute-resolution framework for video games and esports.
• ESIC Global Esports Summit (20 June): Expert keynotes and think-tank panels addressing integrity, commercialization, and player welfare in esports.
• Premium Networking Experiences (20–21 June): Relationship-building events beyond the conference setting, including a GEIW Padel Tournament, Texan BBQ dinners, and other exclusive activities.

Additional activations, partner MOU-signing sessions, and BLAST.tv behind-the-scenes arena tours will run throughout the week.
