Bragg Gaming has appointed Holly Gagnon as Chair of the Board. She has over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry, having worked for Foxwoods, Caesars, MGM Resorts and more. She is currently President of HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting, a role she has held since 2020.
Gagnon’s first notable role in the gaming industry came in 1992, when she was appointed Executive Director of Finance at Foxwoods Resort Casino. After eight years in the role, she became the Regional VP Finance, Central Division VP of Finance, Assistant General Manager at Harrah’s Entertainment, where she worked for six years before taking up a two-year position with MGM Mirage.
After a two-year break from the industry, she took up a role with Caesars as Divisional VP of Finance/ Planning and Analysis. She then spent three years as CEO of Pearl River Resort, with several executive and board roles to follow.

She will succeed CEO Matevž Mazij in the role, though Mazij will continue as CEO and board member.
