As the regulatory body, ESGC will oversee the implementation of the program, ensuring full compliance with gaming laws. The Commission will also deliver a comprehensive presentation at the Enugu Gaming Conference, covering the Dream Big Raffle’s licensing framework, backend technology, and national expansion strategy.
Beyond ticket sales and prize distribution, the Dream Big Raffle represents a scalable business opportunity. ESGC and Rangers FC offer investors the chance to participate in a structured revenue-sharing model, with the added benefit of co-owning the raffle’s technology and operational infrastructure. The system is designed for expansion across multiple Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) clubs.
