Relax Gaming appoints Angela van den Berg as General Counsel

Relax Gaming, a leading iGaming aggregator and supplier, has strengthened its global leadership team by appointing Angela van den Berg as General Counsel.

Angela brings 17 years of experience advising iGaming companies. She’s an expert in commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law. She will play a key role in driving Relax Gaming’s development and expansion during this important phase of growth.

In her most recent position as Chief Legal Officer at Games Global, Angela played a pivotal role in creating the global corporate group. She built the legal function from the ground up and crafted the company’s global legal strategy, further establishing her leadership in the industry.

Angela will lead the company’s legal department and oversee all legal matters across the group. She will collaborate closely with business teams to provide strategic legal advice, helping to advance Relax Gaming’s operational objectives and support its global expansion strategy.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Angela chairs Love Tech, an Isle of Man-based charity dedicated to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of women in STEM fields. Her role with Love Tech reflects her strong commitment to empowering young women in technology through education and mentorship.
